Modelled after the internationally acclaimed GER²I youth programs from Purdue University, the GERC Talent Development program does not group activities in terms of academic subjects. The key difference is that we focus on building the children’s critical and creative thinking skills to be able to tackle a wide variety of challenges in a safe environment.

By using real world applications and examples, such as using the scientific method to conduct experiments to investigate the viscosity of liquids or using historical events to examine patterns and motifs, students learn how to cross traditional subject-based learning into real life. This creates an environment of independent learning to equip children with the life skills they need for the new economy.

Our program is designed and taught by our Academic Director who holds a PhD in Gifted Education Studies. This ensures the high quality of the lesson delivery and provides an meaningful experience for the child.
